Jaina Proudmoore has been cooking up a new class of hybrid spell by splicing effects from different incantations together. She started with the Priest blessing "Prayer of Fortitude" at a strength intended to buff an entire raid group, but her modification focuses all the benefit on a single target: herself. This resulted in some nice muscle gain, but the key component of her new spell is a modified polymorph effect. The kind of spell that would normally turn an enemy into a sheep, but in this case it just targets one part of her body, and transforms it into a slightly different form. She calls it Polymorph: Self
