Even an audience of one will do for Lauren, especially when that audience is her coach. She didn't choose him for his experience or competence (he doesn't have much of either), but because he's such an easy target. Lauren is endlessly entertained by his impotent advice. She clearly doesn't need any help figuring out what to pump, but she's paying for his time, so he has to try. Her presence flusters him to no end, and Lauren misses no opportunity to make his jaw drop. Conditioning check-ins are really just an excuse to send him flexing selfies every day. She knows he must fap to them like crazy, but he has to keep his cool during their training sessions together. It's hilarious watching her coach try to keep his composure when she flexes for him. Lauren thinks it's the perfect setup, she can show off to her heart's content and tease all day long, but coach knows he has to keep his hands off, or he'll end up like Lauren's last personal trainer... Retired.
